The Truth Behind Freedomโ€ฆ

๐ŸŒ In todayโ€™s world,โฃ

There are so many movements for the cause of freedom.โฃ

True freedom though is spiritual and means identifying and taking support from that which is permanent, that which always exists, and that which is eternal. โฃ

โฃ

You and I can only BE and have spiritual abilities, powers, and freedom

This is the way to deep spiritual freedom.โฃ

โฃ

If I hold on to anything temporary in this world, then that, which I am dependent on,โฃ will ultimately cause me suffering and sorrow in some form.โฃ

โฃ

WHY? ๐Ÿค”โฃ

If I attach myself to anything in the physical world, then I suffer as soon as the โ€œthingโ€ I am attached to is in a non-optimal state. Anything we possess also possesses us, blocking the experience of true freedom.

Spiritual power, and therefore, freedom is lost through the perception of โ€˜Iโ€™ and โ€˜myโ€™ that we create and try to depend on. We look outside and depend on those things that give us temporary support. The โ€˜Iโ€™ of ego and the โ€˜myโ€™ of dependency are like a sticky spiderโ€™s web and the paradox is, that the emptier and more insecure I feel, the more dependent I am on those things outside of me in the web, then the more trapped I feel. It is then that I call out to the universal field of energy to liberate me, to spiritual truth.

True spiritual freedom can only be found in PRESENCE and presence is the gateway to this universal field of energy.

There are pulls, attractions, and influences that we can all become dependent on. The most common one is that we become dependent on a belief that we have of ourselves; that I am not really loveable, for example. Then even if I am shown love, I cannot really accept it because of the deep belief, on which I have come to depend, that I am not loveable.

The universe, though, sees the eternal reality of the soul. So, we have to break down these rigid, deeply held beliefs about our own limitations and take the support of spiritual truth, that we are eternal beings simply having a human experience. This web of limitations, this network we have created, has to be let go of. A spiritual journey is all about letting go. This needs a lot of courage. The intrinsic state of the soul is peace and freedom. This act of letting go of gross, subtle, and refined dependence is the ultimate spiritual journey to TRUE FREEDOM.

When we turn to spiritual literacy, a deeper understanding of the truth of life, then the strong need for dependence is easy to let go of, and therefore so are those things outside of us too. It is the first big step.

The next step is to become of service to others and become fully involved in serving, but this can also form another, more subtle form of dependence on the new relationships and activities. We can begin to depend on this new image of ourselves; our role or our position. To protect this new attractive image, we may begin to feel anger or jealousy. Then because we truly value what we are doing, we fear it may be taken away from us. We may become defensive and territorial. You can tell if this is happening because you will notice that you are not really happy.

The true indicator of the level of FREEDOM you experience is your mood level and amount of thoughts. The higher your mood level the more truth and freedom you experience. The fewer thoughts you have the higher your mood level will become and the more freedom you will experience.

Letting go and turning within, you will see that your mind is a sacred place. A still state of being. A place to be liberated into freedom. Only when clean and perceiving a higher truth though. You must not allow anything you see or hear to penetrate this place and dominate your thinking.

Dependence is also to be under the influence of the power of the senses, of what the world is showing you. A true yogi sits in the sacred space of the mind and sees everything and hears everything and yet lets nothing enter or disturb that sacred space. They have become free of dependence on sense organs.

Their mind is filled only with stillness and thoughts of what is eternal, permanent, and always exists, the universal field of energy. The only place of TRUE FREEDOM!
