How Many Rental Properties Do I Need to Retire in the UK?

This could be a question on a lot of people's minds – what if you could retire in the next 1-3 years?

Retirement may mean different things to different people. But ultimately, I work with a lot of people who want to create more freedom in their life and do things that they are passionate about whether that be a personal project or a business idea.

Property is a great business to enable more freedom and more time to do these things and spend it with loved ones also.

Depending on your strategy, type of projects, or the numbers you want to achieve.

Ultimately, you need to work out the monthly income that you require for you to live your desired lifestyle and then use a simple calculation to work out how many properties in each strategy that you will be executing to work that out .
