Work Setup
The team has a 4-day work from home set up where you are able to work wherever, however and whenever. The only exception is our Monday meeting for our Mission Goals Outcomes Targets and Schedules (MGOTS) at the RL headquarters which helps us be more aware and align our weekly deliverables.
